Course Fee inclusions

• Tuition: Comprehensive instruction and learning materials.
• Paperwork and Course Manuals: Essential documents and referencing materials.
• Pricing Details: Fees are aligned with the provided quote.
• Currency: All pricing is denominated in Australian dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Confirmation of Booking

• Confirmation of bookings: Once the registration process is complete, you will receive confirmation via email.
• Booking Priority: Course spaces are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
• Payment Requirements: To secure your booking, payment must be received within 3 days of the registration date. Failure to make payment may result in unconfirmed bookings.
• Purchase Orders (Wavelink partners only): If you submit a Purchase Order, we will send an invoice. Payment is strictly required 7 days from the date of the invoice.

Course Cancellations and Transfers

• Course transfers can be made at least 14 days before the enrolled class.
• Non-attendees will be liable for the full course fee.
• Transfers less than one week before class start times will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to Wavelink’s discretion.
• Change of mind: Services provided by Wavelink are non-refundable if you change your mind after payment has been made to Wavelink.
• Course Amendments by Authorized Training Centre (ATC):

• Course Amendment: ATC reserves the right to amend a course, Wavelink will take all reasonable steps to inform you prior to your course of any changes.
• Course Cancellation: Wavelink will offer an alternative, mutually convenient course date.
• Refunds: If Fortinet are unable to provide the course material, learners will receiver a full refund or be offered an alternative course date. Refunds will be processed within one month of the notification date.

• Participant Minimums: Some training courses require a minimum number of participants for conduct. If minimums are not met, Wavelink reserves the right to cancel the class and either offer an alternative course date or offer a full refund. Wavelink will take all reasonable steps to inform you at least 7 days prior to the course date of course cancellations.

Illness and Sickness

• Course Transfers: Medical certificate to be provided to us within 24 hours from the course date to allow a transfer. No refunds will be available. No more than 2 transfers due to illness will be accepted.

Access to Training Records

• Training Records: All registrants are entitled to access to their records, upon written request to the Training Manager at Access Training Centre via email.
SMS and Email Communication

• You consent to:
• Receive e-mail communication at any time offering reminders, promotions, and other services from Wavelink regarding Fortinet ATC courses. You may opt out upon written request via email.
• Receive text messages to remind you about your upcoming class notifications the day prior, or urgent notification about your class. SMS/MMS messages will be sent using automated technology as well as manually sent messages.

• Material and Resources: All materials, resources, forms, and associated documentation encountered by prospective and enrolled participants during their interactions with Wavelink are the exclusive property of Wavelink and Fortinet. Unauthorised access, copying, or any other prohibited actions will not be tolerated.
