Report Management Client (RMC)

Wallboard Output Client (WOC)

Voice Response Client (VRC)
Scheduled for release in version 4 of the application, the VRC provides text-to-speech notification to any telephony device, including overhead paging, wired and wireless handsets, and cellular telephones. In addition, the VRC client integrates the application with the facility’s telephone system to enable user interaction via touchtone and voice menus.
The primary intent is to allow a user to send predefined messages to pagers and wireless handsets from any touch-tone capable telephone set. As users dial the VRC’s assigned extension number (from an internal extension or even an external telephone), they are immediately presented with a menu of options.
If they wish to send a page, they enter the ID number(s) of the devices they wish to notify. Then they select which stored message they wish to transmit by entering its unique message ID. The user can then enter optional digits to the message (i.e. a callback number) and send the message.
