Access to the Wavelink Product Reference Library (PRL) is based on agreeing
to the following.
The Registered User of the Wavelink PRL Section will
hold in confidence the information contained in this section; this
includes all material and confidential information furnished to the user
by Wavelink either accessed and/or downloaded via the PRL Section and/or
directly from Wavelink.
The Registered User acknowledges that all such information
is proprietary to Wavelink and is not to be disclosed to any person, corporation,
association or government entity without Wavelink’s express consent.
The Registered User agrees to take all steps necessary to
protect, keep confidential and prevent the disclosure to and/or use by
third parties of any and all proprietary information which the Registered
User may require from Wavelink.
